This privacy policy covers the usage of the Performance Tracks mobile application. “The App” refers to the Performance Tracks mobile application and “we” or “us” refers to Boudreaux Technology, LLC DBA Boudreaux Creative, LLC
What information do we collect?
We automatically collect some device, location, and usage data when you use the app. The device data includes device model and Operating System version. Location data may include the name of the nearest city. Precise location is not collected. Usage data includes which views of the application are being used, the time they are used and may include non-user-specific details such as number of songs selected at a time when adding songs to a set list. This is referred to below as “event data.”
Randomly-assigned user identifiers are issued to distinguish event data. No permanent identifiers are collected (user id, email, advertising id).
This data is collected at a third-party.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information we collect for performance monitoring and product analytics. Knowing how our users use the application in aggregate help us make decisions about changes to the product.

The information described above is shared with a third-party data analysis service for performance monitoring and product analytics. We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
